When you send a message using Outlook 2013, you are presented with a message that you have incorrectly written or other reasons to send the message.

  1. Need to open a message that has already been sent

  2. Click "File" in the upper left corner to switch to the information interface.

  3. Click on the "Mail re-send and undo" Triangle and click "Recall email".

  4. Then automatically return to the original message, Pop-up dialog box, there are two options, select one, click "OK".

  5. A message undo only undoes a message that is not read by the other person, and cannot be undone if it has already been read.
