    Solution:

  • In outlook, 0x800ccc13 is reported. Find the connection:

    The answer in the connection is to install some plug-ins, and the difference between outlook2002 and my version is too large, which can be filtered out directly.

  • Reconfigure the existing email account and use outlook to test whether the email is successfully sent. However, the actual email fails.
  • Failed to delete and reconfigure the existing email account. Failed to test the account, that is, the email cannot be sent.
  • Check whether the Outlook data file is correct. If you delete the file and add it again, it still fails.
  • I think it is because the outloook configuration is faulty because it is not configured in the company mailbox. Then I specially matched the aliyun mailbox and found that the problem still exists. I cannot send emails.

  • At this time, I am already in desperate state for this configuration. I will not reload it. My wife reminded me if the key has expired, but the above prompt is that the network border has failed, it shouldn't be because the key has expired.
  • Finally, I thought that the configuration in Step 7 should be restored. I restored the registry and changed the key name in the registry:
  • At this point, there is no hope, and you can search again at most; but the magic thing happened, I found that all emails have been sent, and then carefully checked again, the emails have indeed been sent. I have sent several more emails and still sent them successfully. This is amazing. I really don't know which step has solved the problem. It may be step 2? Or others? RP outbreak?
