Parallel ForEach for Multithreaded parallel computing use note

Previously traversed with a DataTable, the index was out of scope because list<t> only supported single-threaded, instead of concurrentbag to solve the problem. Variables outside the parallel foreach/for to avoid simultaneous manipulation of the same variable resulting in inconsistent data. List<t> converted to concurrentbagconcurrentbag<t> conct= new concurrentbag<t> (This.db.T.ToList ());
