When making the elements in the schematic library, the name and identifier must not be reversed, otherwise the generated PCB, there will be no connection:

To ensure that the schematic element identifier and the PCB package identifier one by one corresponds to the correct connection, otherwise the identifier does not correspond, is wrong.

When automatically routed, an error occurs as follows:

The reason is that the pad-neck-shrinkage rule (Smdneckdown rule) of the surface-mount element needs to be reset, or the line width of the wiring is reduced. That is, the width of the pad is less than the minimum line width of the wiring, at this time, even when the minimum line width of the wiring, the spacing is not enough.

(You can also change the component to another encapsulated component (e.g. Sot to dip))
