Generally viewing PDF files are opened with a PDF reader, but you can also see some of the options available in the General PDF Reader for document viewing. And there are no command options such as editing. What if you need to modify the contents of the edited PDF file?

Editing of PDF files is done through a dedicated PDF editor. First install the PDF Editing Tool, and then use the Edit tool to open the PDF document.

When the document is opened, it is also displayed in reading mode, and you cannot insert the cursor directly into the page to edit the input.

Select the Edit Content tool in the toolbar and the document will enter the editing state, and you will see a box around the text. Click to enter the text box to edit the changes and other actions.

The picture objects on the page can be moved, deleted, resized, and so on after they are rotated.

To add text content to a blank page, you need to select the Add Text Tool, and then click on the page to insert a text box and enter it in the text box.

When you need to see the document effect, you can select the toolbar's hand tool or the selection tool, and the document goes into reading mode, just as you would see a document in a reader. Remember to save the document when you are done editing.
