Perforce get Local recently updated Changelist

Gets the changelist of the Perforce client's last sync, provided there is no code submission in the middle:

Try it, the relative path has no output. The absolute path can be. For example:

P4 changes-m1//depot/game_code/library/... #have

>> Change 333 on 2013/11/12 by johndoe@anycom ' comments '

As long as//depot/game_code/library/... There is no commit after the last sync, then you can get the last sync changelist.

If there is a commit in the middle, then the output may be the last commit changelist
