Even in a specific field of project management, we still have to deal with cost management, quality, and needs, it is very difficult to grasp all the knowledge of operations and statistics.

This leads to the core content that I want to talk about today. How can I learn from such a huge knowledge base? What I want to emphasize here is to first find the major and direction you are most concerned about, and improve your knowledge structure and knowledge map based on these professional directions, then, we will continue to improve the details of the knowledge structure in the future work and practice. If you use a big tree to compare your knowledge, you should not drill too deep into a certain knowledge point after determining your own goals and directions. Instead, you should improve the trunk of the entire tree as soon as possible, the knowledge structure of the trunk is ready. Don't think about all the leaves in the future, and wait until the specific practices and applications are gradually improved. As long as we start to clarify the trunk, we can quickly find the learning path and direction when we need to learn the knowledge of the leaf in the future, quickly complete the learning process of knowledge. If we don't know how to connect the entire trunk, it's easy to see a lot of detours when we encounter new knowledge and new technologies, in other words, we are still tracing and supplementing the trunk when we need leaves. We have to find a new trunk when we make a mistake, after the leaves are picked, the accumulated trunk is lost. When new leaves are needed, the trunk is supplemented. Looking back, we often think about the process of learning. The process of learning is not well summarized and accumulated. No matter how long it takes to learn, it is emergency. At last, we cannot figure out the trunk. We can't see the entire tree trunk. When we want a new leaf, we naturally have no foundation in our hearts.

Therefore, improving the self-knowledge structure is an important part of knowledge management. Many of us rely too much on search engines, but many of our problems can be answered through search engines. However, we must have a similar experience, that is, using a search engine, we are constantly searching and trying, and it takes a lot of time to solve the problem. The reason for these phenomena is that the search engine often finds leaves directly after a search, and does not tell you how to reach the leaves through the trunk and branches. That is to say, the current search engine cannot help you establish your own knowledge system and knowledge map. What it tells you is the answer and result of the question, usually, you will not be notified of the solution and the steps you follow. Sometimes we can also see that Google searches for the answer to the same question. When someone else quickly solves the problem and does not find the answer, people with a well-developed knowledge structure tend to trace back the branches and trunks in front of the leaves to find more valuable keywords, which may be one of the reasons.
