On a computer that uses WPS on its own, there will be some "personalized" content, such as downloading to a local template, custom toolbars and shortcuts, and backup files that are produced by using WPS yourself. You can use the WPS Office User Settings Save Wizard to retain your personalized configuration before you need to use it on another computer, or before reinstalling the operating system.
First, "Clone" user settings
Here the user's settings in the WPS of this machine are saved as a file, which can be easily brought to use on other computers.
1, choose "Start | program" | WPS Office Tools | User Settings Save wizard menu item, open the WPS Office User Settings Save wizard;
2, click the "Next" button, select "Save the settings of this machine" before the Radio box (Figure 1);

3, click Next button, select the items to back up (Figure 2), including "toolbar Configuration", "Program Settings", "Document Templates" and "Backup Files" four items, the default selection of the top three;

4, click "Next" button, select the settings file "WPS settings document. KOS" saved location, default in "My Documents";
Note: Before continuing this step, quit all the WPS Office applications that are running!
5, click the "Finish" button, the program started "cloning"--to save the items to be backed up in the settings document;
6, after the completion of the Backup pop-up prompt box, in turn, "OK" button, "continue" button, prompts the backup file saved location, click "OK" exit the wizard, "cloning" completed.
Second, "Restore" User settings
Copy "WPS Setup document. KOS" to another computer, or after reinstalling the system, you can begin to restore user settings.
1, run the "WPS Office User Settings Save Wizard", click "Next" button, select the "Restore the original saved settings to apply to this machine" before the radio box;
2, click the "Next" button, select the file from which to restore settings, click the "Browse" button, open the copied file;
3, click the "Next" button, select the item to be restored;
4, quit the running WPS program, click the "Finish" button;
5, after the restoration, click the "OK" button in the Prompt box, and then the "Continue" button to show the relevant information completed;
6, click "Exit", exit the WPS Office User Settings Save Wizard.
