The Plug-ins, developed by Adobe Systems or Adobe Systems and 3rd party software, work in Adobe Photoshop environments, providing input, output, Automation and special effects of plug-in filters or plug-ins and other software programs.
By default, most filters or plug-ins are installed in the Plug-ins folder.
1. Additional Plug-ins folder
In Photoshop, only one plug-in folder can be identified at the same time, and no filters or plug-ins that are placed into this plug-in folder will not be recognized.
Additional Plug-ins folder: Default does not have a choice. If you have another plug-in folder, select it and click the Select button on the right to select its directory, and then restart Photoshop, and the selected filter or plugin will be added to the Photoshop Filter menu. For example, the commonly used kpt Plug-ins are added in this way.
2. Filters
Show all groups and names for the filter gallery: default does not have a choice. Select to display the group and name of the filter gallery.
3. Expansion panel
Allow extensions to connect to the Internet: This option is selected by default. Allows the Photoshop extension panel to connect to the Internet for new content and updates.
Load extension panel: Default to select this item. Indicates that an installed expansion panel is loaded at startup.
