1. Create background

3. Coloring

2. Create a new layer, set the blending mode to color, and right-click the clipboard mask created as the rock artist layer. Select a hard brush, set the color to # d14456, and red the artist's T-shirt.
3. Right-click on the red layer and select the mix option. To make the color look better, add a linear gradient superposition to the T-shirt, as shown in the following figure.
4. To further stimulate this effect, create a color level adjustment layer and set it to a clipboard mask. Adjust the RGB channel as shown in the following figure.
IV. Retouching

4. Download the font Marker Twins or Grunge Fonts. Enter the text as needed. Add the shading effect to the text. Copy the watercolor background of the black and white effects to create a new layer, which is operated twice. One copy background is set as the clipping mask of the text layer, and the blending mode of the copy background layer is set to highlight.
