This is the end result of us. All right, let's get started. Create a new document in Photoshop with a 430x430, white background.

STEP-01
Create a new layer, named "box". Create a rounded rectangle with the rounded Rectangle tool (U). Click CTRL + ENTER to create a selection and fill it with white.

STEP-02
Create layer properties for this shape-gradient overlay, inner glow, and stroke.

STEP-03
Create a gradient overlay for this shape. The gradient color is-the left (#B1DB08) center (#66AB04) to the right (#B1DB08).

STEP-04
Add the inner glow and set the color to (#D9FF4E).

STEP-05
Add stroke-Sets the color of the edge to (#A8D508).

STEP-06
Create a new layer, named "Light". Creates a rectangular selection of rounded corners. Padding is white.

STEP-07
Set the warp filter (Filter > Distort > Sawtooth). Set according to the following parameters.

Set layer transparency to 40%. Erase edges with the eraser tool (E). In the end you will get the results we want.
