Photoshop filter makes color drawing effect background

By using the filters in Photoshop, you can create countless wonderful background effects, with more experimentation, more practice, and familiarity with what filters can achieve. The specific steps are as follows.

1. Start Photoshop CS2 Chinese, press CTRL + N to open the New Document dialog box, set width and height to 800 pixels, resolution 72 pixels per inch, and other options with default settings, as shown in Figure 1. Set Finish Click OK.
