Look at the effect chart first

New document 1280x1024 Pixel, background white, build new layer fill black, add layer style.

The effect is as follows.

Build a new layer, draw a black ellipse, ctrl+t rotation deformation as follows.

Copy a layer, in order to eye-catching color change to white, ctrl+t smaller.

Add a layer style with the following effect.

Build a new layer, pull out the shape 1 copies of the selection, fill the white, with a straight lasso do the following selections, delete.

Add mask, black and white line gradient, layer opacity 73%.

To build a new layer, draw 2 white ellipses as shown below.

Build a new Layer 4, with a pen to do the following left figure selection, fill black, copy one layer to white, appropriate to reduce deformation, layer opacity 50%.

Build a new layer and draw a black positive circle.
