Photoshop simple to make glass panels special effects

1: With Photoshop to open a picture of their favorite, we choose the logo of Apple.

Click the Toolbar Shape button on the left, as shown.

2: The top status bar is set as follows.

The three shapes on the left represent paths + fills, paths, fills. We use only padding, select rounded rectangles, radius 4. The larger the radius, the greater the arc. It can also be made into a rectangular rectangle without rounded corners, and the individual feels a little radian naturally.

3: Open a transparent layer, the foreground color is white, drag out a rounded rectangle (in fact, any color is OK, because this color is to become transparent, but involved in the foreground color gradient, so here is white).

4: Adjust the Fill property of the rectangle layer to 0%, when the rectangle is not visible (adjusting the opacity above will make the style transparent, and the fill will only affect the base fill).

5: Double-click the already transparent rectangular layer, pop-up adjust the style of the marquee, there are 12 changes in the Style section, we only need four of them, see the hook part, set my screenshot respectively (first adjust the projection, you can set it to me, you can also adjust into a deep or shallow appearance, the quality there is no tube).

6: Adjust the glow (in fact, you can also just stroke the white edge of the glass, but I think that the edge is too thin, so here we use an inner glow to achieve stroke effect, stroke options for high light).

7: To make the gradient overlay, to achieve the glass panel reflective effect (here used to both sides of the transparent middle of the white gradient, will not be set to see the following figure).

8: Double-click the gradient bar, choose a second look (this looks like the transition from the foreground to transparent, because before we used the white foreground color, so here is white to transparent).

9: After the selection of the gradient editor, the mouse in the middle of the gradient bar point, a black color label is the same as the green box on the left. Of course, the color shown below is white, the black color mark in the leftmost green box is adjusted to 0%, and the color mark becomes white (so we know that the black color mark represents all opacity.) , the white color mark represents transparency).

10: Set the look as follows: OK, OK (don't forget to step 7, set the gradient to adjust the overall transparency).

11: Adjust the last style, stroke, set as follows (here's the stroke also used just to do that in the middle of the white on both sides of the transparent gradient, the purpose is to achieve the edge of the high light, lazy comrades can not make the inner glow, directly here 1 pixel white edge, and then adjust the transparency, that can also, Is the glass feeling too thin, anyway I prefer this slightly troublesome one step method.

12: Four options are all adjusted, point OK, complete. If just do the glass panel to this step OK, can be saved into a transparent PNG. If it is to do a background does not move, we can also do on the background refraction effect, such as the following figure.

13: Select the background layer (which has been edited in the rectangular layer) on the background layer to pull out a glass so large selection box, select Image – Adjust – hue/saturation, turn the saturation up a little, such as +20. Brightness can also be adjusted, because the glass under the reflective background color is always slightly more gorgeous than the primary colors, Light some. Also do not adjust the contrast is too big, so it is not natural.

14: I turn the saturation slightly higher, and finally this is the case, basically there is a glass sample it?
