Photoshop to create a blue soft smoke beam tutorial

Although the process of beam fabrication is cumbersome, the method is very simple, only need to decompose the smoke, and then render each section of the high light, and then slowly combined and deformation can get a slightly more complex effect.

1, the effect of the picture is a bit complicated, but the production of the first by a simple graphic start. We need to work out the effect shown in the following figure.

2, create a new 1024 * 768 pixel document, select the Gradient tool, color set to blue to dark blue gradient as shown in Figure 2, and then from the center to the corner pull out of the radial gradient shown in Figure 3 as the background.

3, a new group, with a pen to check out the outline of the first beam, into the selection after the group to add a layer mask, the following figure.
