In this photopshop tutorial, you will learn how to make water reflections from scratch, as well as the reflections and ripples of the scene.
There's not a lot of complexity in this Photoshop tutorial, but you need to have a good Photoshop base.

Step 1: Make the surface appear reflective
Choose a picture (Saint Michel, Mt., France)
The photo is open in Photoshop, so you need to enlarge the canvas so that you can increase the reflection of the water. Performs image > Canvas size, extending it downward.
Next, copy a layer of photos to make the "reflection" layer. Flip it vertically and place it underneath the photo layer.
Now add a new layer below the reflective layer, named "Water." Fill the lower part of it with blue.
Link the "Water" and "reflection" layers to add a layer mask to the reflection layer.
Use a linear gradient on the mask, stretching from bottom to top ....
