　　1th Step:

Open Photoshop,ctrl+n Create a new document, size select 600x500px.

　　2nd Step:

Alt-click the background layer to convert it to a normal layer. Double-click to open the Layer style panel to add a radial gradient from #f6fcff to #bbddff.

　　3rd Step:

Use the rounded Rectangle tool to create a rounded rectangle with a radius of 50px in the center of the canvas. The color is set to #aec24e.

　　4th Step:

Double-click the rounded rectangle layer to add a layer style to it.

　　5th step:

Using the Ellipse tool, hold down the SHIFT key to create a positive circle to the right of the rounded rectangle.
