1. We use XARA3D to create a 3D effect and then import it into PS. Start Xara3d and create a new file.

2. Click Text Options to enter the text editing box

Then we have to set the angle and illumination of the numbers.

3. Create a new file 1200*1920 in PS (RGB mode, 72PX).

7. Create a new layer and then use the rectangular marquee tool to draw a few lines and fill it with white, as shown in the picture:

8. Press Ctrl+t to move the position and set the opacity of the layer to 40%.

Select the layer that you just filled with the brush, and then hold down CTRL and click on the layer so that you can select the selection. Finally, select the selection and delete the outside.

14. Create a new layer, use the Oval tool to draw a positive circle, and add a stroke.
