PCB design

PCB design is completed under alicloud designer winter 09.

PCB Creation

The PCB Board is made in the laboratory using the thermal transfer method. Use dual-sided copper clad plates to separate two sides for corrosion.

The process is as follows:

Welding

Based on the PCB component distribution chart, the components are sequentially welded to the PCB by the function module. After a module is welded, a module is tested and adjusted until its function is fully realized, and then the next module is welded and debugged.
