The procedure is as follows:
1. install and configure IIS 6.0 SMTP service on SharePoint Server
2. Create an organizational unit in Active Directory and grant the permission to the account of the application pool.
3. Configure incoming e-mail on the SharePoint Management Center site.

5. Configure the DNS manager to create an MX record for the Sharepoint Server Running the SMTP service.
6. Create a ctor on the Exchange server to send emails to the SMTP service of the Sharepoint Server.
7. Enable the incoming email option in the document library to test whether the function works normally. An ad contact should be automatically created and use the email address you specified.
