Play multiple audio and video files in PowerPoint

In PowerPoint, audio and video files are often played through "Insert → movie and sound → files in movies (or sound in Files)", which makes it inconvenient to control sound and video. Now we introduce a way to control audio and video playback using media player controls. Steps are as follows

1. Insert the Media Player control in PowerPoint, in specific ways:

① open view → toolbar → Control toolbox

② Select Control "Windows Media Player"

③ then draws a rectangle on the PowerPoint page with the "+" glyph, which embeds a media player player.

④ Double-click the Player, or in the area of the drag and drop the right mouse → in the pop-up shortcut menu, select Properties, the Control Properties window appears.

2, in the Control Properties window, in the URL to enter the audio and video file name (including extension) of the address, such as G:AA.MPG (recommended to use relative path), or click the "Custom" bar after the small button appears in the following image, enter or select the file to play, if you cancel the "Auto start" option, Press the play button to start playing.

3. Slide show to see if it's ready to play.
