1. Download PL/SQL Dev

2. Download the simplified Oracle client

3. Install PL/SQL Dev and the Chinese package

4. decompress the Oracle thin client. For example, extract the Directory D: \ oracle10g.

5. Configure the Oracle connection. D: \ oracle10g \ tnsnames. ora, D: \ oracle10g \ NETWORK \ ADMIN \ tnsnames. ora

6. configure system environment variables

1. ORACLE_HOME

Value: D: \ oracle10g
2. TNS_ADMIN
Value: D: \ oracle10g
3. NLS_LANG
Value: SIMPLIFIED CHINESE_CHINA.ZHS16GBK

7. Configure PL/SQL Dev

Tool-> preference, Oracle main directory name: D :\\ oracle10g, OCI Library: D :\\ oracle10g \ oci. dll
