PLM 10.1 add roles

For example, add "ie Engineer role"

1. Open the following directory

D: \ PTC \ windchill_10.1 \ windchill \ wtcustom \ wt \ Project

 

Add the following statement to rolerb_zh_cn.rbinfo:

IE engineer. value = ie Engineer
IE engineer. Engineer description = ie Engineer
IE engineer. Order = 2461

 

Add the following statement to rolerb. rbinfo:

IE engineer. value = ie Enginee
IE engineer. Specification Description = ie Enginee
IE engineer. Order = 2461

 

 

2. Run the following command to modify the file rolerb. rbinfo and rolerb_zh_cn.rbinfo:

Run the following two commands in the windchill shell:
Resourcebuild wt. Project. rolerb true
Make the above resources take effect:Ant-F codebase/makejar. xml

 

3. Clear Cache

PLM 10.1 cache path: D: \ PTC \ windchill_10.1 \ windchill \ Tomcat \ instances

PLM 9.1 cache path: e: \ PTC \ windchill_9.1 \ Tomcat \ work \ Catalina

 

4. windchill stop & windchill start

 

5. Add ie engineers to site ---- team manager ---- default
