Popularity experts are not considered to question Linux Defects

Some Linux experts have questioned a report published by mi2g, a British security vendor, that calls Linux the "most flawed" computing environment.
Mi2g said it analyzed 235000 successful attacks against "permanently online" computer systems from January 1, linux accounts for 65% of all recorded attacks, Linux accounts for about 25%, and OS X and BSD only account for less than 5% of successful attacks.

Virus threats ignored

He also said that BSD is mainly used by many computer experts, so it is always deployed in a safer way. He said the conclusion was very simple, and the security of systems used by many users who do not have deep computer knowledge would be even worse. The conclusions drawn by Mi2g are only based on the platform itself and are suspicious because they do not take into account the skills and popularity of use.
