PowerPoint 2010 Broadcast Presentation features

The author recently produced a psychological counseling course slides, intends to sync to multiple friends show. However, the slides produced by PowerPoint2010 are not necessarily playable on a friend's computer, and the presentation of lectures can not be achieved. So, can PowerPoint2010 achieve a similar broadcast demo? In fact, the author will be able to do the following to let friends at the same time see the demonstration of the slide effect.

First, start PowerPoint2010 broadcast

Run PowerPoint2010 and open the slide file. Click on the "file-Share" command and click "Share" under "sharing" in the open window (Figure 1).

Then click on the "Broadcast Slide" button on the right, then pop up the "Broadcast Slide" window and click on the "Start Broadcast" button (Figure 2).

It then pops up a window that enters the Windows Live ID credentials and then determines it after entering a Windows Live ID (Figure 3).

Then start connecting to the PowerPoint broadcast service faster (Figure 4).

When the connection is complete, a new window appears (Figure 5), just copy and send the link to the user to enjoy the broadcast slides.

We might as well click on the "Copy link" button through QQ to send to netizens, or you can click the "Send by email" button. The latter starts Outlook, and we send a message to the user (Figure 6).

Second, PowerPoint2010 broadcast effect demo

So what's the effect of our actual remote broadcast slides? We started the virtual machine to open a link to a remote viewing broadcast. You need to click on the "Start Play" button to see the slide show on the virtual machine. The effect of a full-screen presentation on a virtual machine (Figure 7). In the Presentation Broadcast view, you cannot edit the document directly, and we need to click the "End Broadcast" button to stop the user from viewing remotely.

The POWERPOINT2010 network broadcast feature facilitates remote demonstrations, even if the user does not have PowerPoint installed.
