As a speaker, you often add notes to your slides to help you get a hint during a presentation, but what do you do when you're looking at your own computer instead of projecting to the big screen to be seen by viewers?

Operation Steps:

1. Open PowerPoint 2010, click on the Slide Show tab and there is a "Use Presenter view" option in the Monitor Options group, which works by projecting full-screen slides onto a large screen, and my computer sees not only the slides but also the notes and timing information;

2. Click "Use Presenter View", a warning message appears, which actually tells us that the current computer detects only one monitor, and that we have to "use Presenter view" with two or more monitors, Please verify that your computer is connected to a projector or that you have attached another monitor, and now click the "Check" button;

3. The computer has now been connected to the projector, you can see that two monitors have appeared, select "Extend these displays" in "Monitor selection", and then click OK;

4. Select "Keep changes";

5. Click the "Use Presenter View" dialog box that will not eject the warning, then change the "Show Location" and "show position" is the monitor for Full-screen slide show, where our second monitor is for Full-screen slide show;

6. When you are finished by pressing F5, you can see that you have entered the Presenter view, you can see the current memo information and timing information in addition to the slides, and you can see the next slide content so that we are ready in advance, and on the big screen only the contents of the slides will be displayed.
