PowerPoint is a good friend of the world's commuters and students, and Microsoft has made some major updates to help the presenters in the world of social networking and multiple-screen devices. One interesting change is that you can now insert pictures of Facebook, Flickr, and other services directly into PowerPoint 2013 without saving the picture before inserting it. To use this feature, you need to have a Microsoft account and login to PowerPoint 2013. You can insert pictures through Skydrive, sharepoint, Office.com Clip Art, or from Bing's search engine--but not from the URL.
As the presenter view has been improved, it feels a lot easier to presenter PowerPoint 2013. If you use a second screen, such as a projector, an improved presenter view allows you to control what the audience sees, while you can see the notes and the next slide. The audience can only see the slide you're demonstrating, but it has an option to switch the display when you need it. It also has a auto-extend (automatic extension) feature that detects any additional screens and automatically projects the presenter view onto the correct screen.
Like other Office 2013 applications, a wide screen theme is available on the new Start page of PowerPoint 2013, where you can pick one to make a presentation. Even if you've applied a general theme to your presentation, you can easily change its style. It also has a eyedropper (eyedropper) tool that lets you choose colors from other places to match your village documents. The video formats supported by PowerPoint 2013 also increase, and music and sound can span multiple slides or the whole presentation. However, you can't insert online video into your presentation as you did in Word 2013. PowerPoint 2013 also supports the resume Reading (need to log on to SkyDrive) and the present online feature.
