PPTV how to detect faults without proper use

1 We first open the PPTV then we click on the PPTV Network TV main interface in the upper right corner of the "menu-tools-Fault detection ..." the effect is shown in the following figure.

2 Then we click on "Start Detection" then PPTV can detect the relevant information, as shown in the following figure.

3 to see the test results we just click the "Submit Test Results"-"OK" button to feedback the test results to customer service personnel.

4 Well, if it's still not resolved, we can remove the PPTV reinstall and try again.
