First, problem: Java.io.filenotfoundexception:c:\program files\apache software Foundation\tomcat 7.0\logs\

Critical: Failed to open access log file [C:\Program files\apache software Foundation\tomcat 7.0\logs\localhost_access_log.2016 -10-25.txt]
Java.io.filenotfoundexception:c:\program Files\apache Software Foundation\tomcat 7.0\logs\localhost_access_ Log.2016-10-25.txt (Access denied. )

Workaround:

Open the Tomcat 7 installation directory, locate the log folder, right click-"Select Properties-" Security changes the corresponding permissions can (generally change to full control)

Note: Sometimes it is necessary to make permission changes to the entire TOMCAT7 (when the project is published, otherwise it cannot be published)
