Workaround:

Step1:ie set-internet Options-advanced-enable third-party browser extensions-remove this option

Step2: Right-click My Computer-Properties-Advanced system Settings-performance-settings-Data Execution Protection-check the second item and add Iexplore.exe and Vugen.exe

Reference Path:

C:\Program files\internet Explorer\iexplore.exe

D:\Program Files\hp\loadrunner\bin\vugen.exe

Step3: Restart your computer and record again
