I. Installation
The installation process is relatively simple. Follow the installation wizard:
Select accept
Confirm installation path
Confirm the display name in the Start menu
You can choose to create a shortcut on the desktop. The following option is whether to check the new version at startup.
Click Install to start the installation process.
After installation is completed, the software is selected by default.
II. Basic settings
The installation wizard automatically runs the software by default. You can also find "Proxifier" in the system Start menu to run "Proxifier ".
The first running will display a trial description. Click the button shown in the figure to start the trial.
First, set the proxy server information:
Click "Profile"-"Proxy Servers" in the menu bar"
Click "Add" to Add a proxy server (multiple proxy server settings are supported)
Enter the IP address and port of the proxy server in sequence, select the protocol type of the proxy, select "Enable" at "4" if the proxy server requires permission verification, and enter the user name and password, skipped here, click "Check" to Check whether the proxy server is normal.
If the proxy server is normal, you can see the following information. If there is an error, check whether the proxy server information is correct. Close this window.
Indicates whether to set this proxy server as the default proxy. Select "yes"
Then, the system prompts that the default proxy settings are complete.
We can see that the newly added proxy server is in the list and is selected as the default setting.
After the Proxifier runs, an icon is created in the system taskbar to reflect the data through the proxy. Now, the basic Proxifier installation and settings have been completed, and you do not have to set the proxy server information in the software, easy Internet access.
You can choose to manually run Proxifier when you want to use a proxy, or set it to automatically run. Select "Autostart" as shown by the arrow in the figure.
III. Advanced Settings
Automatic proxy is very convenient, but it may also encounter problems that cannot be used because the network access through the proxy is not affected. For example, for some intranet applications, Proxifier provides the proxy rule setting function, setting not only automatically identifies network access that does not require a proxy, but also supports different applications to use different proxy servers (this tutorial does not cover, you can explore it yourself ).

The preset rules in the software are shown in the following figure. The Blue rules indicate that applications that comply with the "Target Hosts" adopt Direct communication.
The rule for the next day indicates that all applications use our "default proxy server" by default ".
Here we will introduce how to add "direct connection" application settings and double-click the blue rule.
In the input box of the Arrow, enter the host address that follows "direct connection" and use semicolons to separate the host addresses. IP addresses, domain names, and wildcards are supported.
Click "OK" to make the settings take effect.
