1, new 978*1024 file, open the material one, tick the carbon ink, drag it into the file.

2, the color of its change, with their favorite color, in short, black on the line. Also reduce its transparency to 50%.

3, duplicate a layer, place the background layer above. Make motion blur (angle: 87/Distance: 297).
