Psql Installation Issues

Error during the OPENERP installation process:

Psql:could not connect to server:no such file or directory
is the server running locally and accepting
Connections on Unix domain socket "/var/run/postgresql/.s.pgsql.5432"?

Depending on the hint, there should be no socket created for the corresponding 5432 port

When I upgraded the POSTGREQL to version 9.3, I was prompted:

* No PostgreSQL clusters exist; See "Mans Pg_createcluster"

This shows that there is no DB cluster on the server and needs to be created manually.

* No PostgreSQL clusters exist; See "Mans Pg_createcluster"

Output:

9.3 / main ...   /etc/PostgreSQL/9.3/main  data   / var /lib/PostgreSQL/9.3/main  locale C  Port    5432

There should be no more than 5432 of the mistake.
