Download the corresponding installation package according to the required version. Note that the downloaded installation package format is ". whl"

The pip module has been installed on the premise of installation, as mentioned earlier by the blogger.

After the installation is successful, put the whl installation package into the Scripts folder in python.

The following describes how to install the whl module.

Cmd enter the Scripts folder in python and enter:

Pip install whl

Then input the following in cmd:

Pip install matplotlib-1.5.1-cp27-none-win_amd64.whl

Wait for installation to complete
