QC Installation Failure Issue:

WORKAROUND: 1, remove QC in Control Panel--Add Remove Program
2. Open Program--management tool--domain security policy--security settings--Account policy--Password policy-Password must meet complexity requirements--change "enabled" to "forbidden"
3. Re-install
Second, the phenomenon: Error: Execute SELECT * to admin from Gcsiteadmin.td.admin fail cannot find object "Gcsiteadmin.td.admin"
WORKAROUND: 1. Log on SQL Server to remove all data schemas beginning with gcsiteadmin, reinstall
