When you enter more text in a cell in Excel, we often format the cell so that the text can be wrapped automatically. However, when such a situation occurs frequently, this format will appear to be more cumbersome, if there is a quick way to easily implement the text in the cell automatically wrapped. In practice, it is found that this functionality can be achieved quickly by using a list of styles.
The following is a detailed procedure.
First, add a list of styles to the Formatting toolbar
1. Right-click on any toolbar in Excel and choose Customize from the pop-up menu.
2. Click the Commands tab in the Customize dialog box.
3. In the list under categories, click Format, and then drag the Format list icon from the right command list to the right of the Formatting toolbar font size list, as shown in Figure 1.

4. Click the Close button. As shown in Figure 2, a list of styles is now on the Formatting toolbar.

Second, add text wrap style to the list of styles
1. Enter some text in a cell, and then press the shortcut key ctrl+1 to open the Format Cells dialog box.
2. Click the Alignment tab in the dialog box, and then select the check box under text control to wrap lines, as shown in Figure 3. Click the OK button to close the dialog box. These two steps are the way to automatically wrap the contents of a cell in general.

3. Click the input box in the list of Formatting toolbar styles, note that instead of clicking the small arrow on the right, enter text wrap, as shown in Figure 4, and press ENTER.

4. Through the steps above, you have actually established a quick way to apply the "Wrap in line" format, select the cell when you want to apply wrap to other cells, and then select text Wrap from the list of styles.
