What is raw file format?
Raw format is a special format of digital camera, is the real meaning of "electronic film." The raw format is also the only format that embodies the ultimate quality of digital imagery.
Raw is intended to be "unprocessed." Can be understood as: RAW image is CMOS or CCD image sensor will capture the light source signal into the original data signal. Raw file is a record of the digital camera sensor raw information, while recording the camera produced by the original data (Metadata, such as ISO settings, shutter speed, aperture value, white balance, etc.) files.
