Rdesktop installation history-Linux Enterprise Application-Linux server application information. The following is a detailed description. I want to play with the Linux operating system, but there are too many Windows operating systems at work to do! Therefore, we can see that someone else uses Rdesktop as the terminal software for remote connection. I also want to try it. I am so happy to use it after installation.

The following describes how to install

1: first introduce my Runtime Environment
Redhat AS 5.0; Redsktop1.60

2: Download Redsktip 1.60.

3: Extract

4: Use the following command on the terminal
Sh configure
Make
Make install

5. Notes

1. At the beginning, I will use the./configure provided by everyone to prompt bash-the permission is not enough. Later I can use the sh script instead.

2. Note that you may not have permission for the directory where the file is located, but it may be a partition problem. It is best to move it to the ext3 partition directory. It is really convenient for me to use it now.
