RDP is the Remote Desktop Protocol. The Remote Desktop of the server cannot be used. After searching for a long time, it is said that the terminal service is checked in the Add/delete component and then installed. In fact, this will not solve the problem. The following error occurs in the server log:
RDP component x.6.2 found an error in the protocol flow and interrupted the client connection.
Event Type: Error
Event Source: termdd
Description:
The "Data Encryption" protocol component of RDP detects an error in the protocol flow and interrupts the client.
Possible causes include:
1: there may be problems with your remote login component. Try again if you can continue remote login.
2: Someone is attacking you and using brute-force cracking to log on to your system, resulting in system denial of service.
The consequence is that the Remote Desktop of the computer cannot be logged on. The Ping gateway address and the Internet address are all normal, but the Remote Desktop cannot be used. Check the services carefully and no exception is found, I finally found a solution on the Internet for a long time!
It turns out that the "certificate" sub-key in the registry is damaged, so that the user cannot communicate with the terminal service normally. Analysis: The certificate sub-key authenticates and encrypts the data information in the terminal service communication. Once it is damaged, the Protocol component of the Terminal Service will detect an error, interrupt communication between the client and the terminal server.
Solution:
Open the Registry Editor, find the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SYSTEM \ CurrentControlSet \ Services \ termservice \ Parameters key value, delete the certificate key value, and then restart the server. This key value is automatically created after the server is restarted!
