1, add Users

The newly installed Linux typically has only one user, the root user, the system administrator. He has unlimited power over the system to change or delete arbitrary files, so a slight carelessness can damage the system. For example, root simply type a simple command "RM–FR/" to delete all files within the system. Where "rm" deletes the file command, the "-F" parameter is mandatory, "-r" is used to delete the file in the specified directory, "/" means the root directory, and the entire command deletes all files in the system. It can be seen as devastating. There are other misoperation can also cause serious damage to the system, so for the sake of security, normal operation we should not log in as "root", which requires a new user. New users can be created with commands under the shell or in the graphics window like Windows. You can create a user with a simple command under the shell. For example, the new user is text, we just follow the steps below: Right click on the desktop, select "New Terminal" that goes into the shell, and then enter "AddUser text" press ENTER, and then enter "passwd text" return, as prompted to type the password that creates a new user " Text ".
