Remove MyEclipse frequent pop-up update progress window

Method 1:

1. Close Updating index
Window = Preferences = myeclipse Enterprise Workbench = maven4myeclipse = maven=> Disable Download repository Index updates on startup

2. Fix ' Update Progress '

' Update Progress ' has encountered Aproblem. An tinernal error had occurred

Go to the MyEclipse root directory to find eclipse\configuration\org.eclipse.update below to remove Last.config.stamp, restart MyEclipse

Method 2:

My myeclipse installed in C:\Program files\myeclipse 6.5

Close MyEclipse, locate the folder C:\Program Files\myeclipse 6.5\eclipse\configuration\org.eclipse.update\

Delete the Last.config.stamp file and start the Myeclipse,update Progress Warning dialog box should not appear.

If not, find the. Metadata folder (this folder is located in MyEclipse's working path, not the installation path), search for the file name according to "org.eclipse.update*", delete all the results found, and then restart MyEclipse.

You can also remove the option to update automatically: Window->preferences->install/update->automatic updates, automatically find new updates and Notify me off the hook
