After users copy some text data from the Internet to the word 2010 document, many special symbols, such as manual line breaks, are often found. The existence of these special symbols often makes it impossible for users to format the document in the usual way. You can use Word 2010 to replace special characters to remove or replace unwanted special characters into a different special character so that the word 2010 document format is set up correctly.
To replace the manual line break with a paragraph mark in Word 2010 and remove the extra paragraph mark as an example, the steps are as follows:
Step 1th, open the Word 2010 document that contains the manual line break, and click the Replace button in the Edit group in the start Ribbon, as shown in Figure 2010081214.

Step 2nd, in the Find and Replace dialog box that opens, confirms that the Replace tab is the current tab. Click the More button and click the left mouse button in the Find what edit box. Then click the Special Format button and click the manual line Break command on the special Format menu that opens, as shown in Figure 2010081215.
