Forget the Windows login password is a sad thing, but fortunately there is a way to reset the password without reloading the system can continue to use.
Reset Preparation: A Windows 7 installation medium (both CD and USB), if you do not have Windows 7 installation media, there is no need to continue the following steps.
Insert Windows 7 installation media and choose to boot from the installation media and then choose to repair the computer.

This command is to replace the command prompt execution file with the Sticky key execution file, and you can see the following illustration when you are done.
Now reboot your computer and go directly to the original Windows 7 system, and press the SHIFT key five times in the login interface to eject the command prompt window.
Then enter the Reset Password command, enter after the completion of the return,
NET user your username new password
The username is the username (the name shown above the password box) that you used to log in to Windows 7 o'clock, and the new password is used to log in to the system.

After the prompt command succeeds, you can now log on to the system using the new password you just set. Of course, in order to prevent the login interface from continuing to reset the password, you will need to perform a file restore of the previously replaced Sticky key.
