1. Set Route-map

(config) # Route-map dianxin permit 10; Defines a policy route with the name Dianxin

(config-route-map) # match IP address 104;

(CONFIG-ROUTE-MAP) # set IP next-hop 192.168.3.252; Set Next hop Address

2. Set IP policy in VLAN

(config) # interface VLAN 107

(config-if) # IP policy route-map dianxin; Configure Policy Routing in this VLAN dianxin

3. Add some of the addresses in the VLAN with IP policy to the Access-list (access list)

(config) # access-list permit IP host 192.168.107.61 any

So 192.168.107.61 this address will be to find 3.252 (our telecommunications gateway), rather than 3.254 (Unicom Gateway)
