Router tplink882 How to configure a virtual server:
A small business needs to open the mail and Web server to the Internet. Implement this requirement through the virtual server functionality. The user network parameters are as follows:
Open ports: Internet users access the port used by the server.
Note: The above parameters are only for the guidance of this article, please refer to the actual.
Before you set up a virtual server, you need to confirm the following points:
1. Start Setup
Login to the Router admin interface, enter forwarding rules >> Virtual Server, and click Add New entry.
2. Add mail Server rules
Fill in the mail server's service port number (open port), internal port number (actual server port), server IP address, and click Save.
Send mail (smtp:25 port):
Receive mail (pop3:110 port):
Service port number: The service port number is the open port, that is, the port used by the Internet access server.
3. Add Web Server rules
Note: The service port number can be set on its own (if change is required, it is recommended to be set to more than 9000). No special needs, please match the service port number with the internal port number.
4, the confirmation rule is enabled
Enter the forwarding rule >> virtual server, as shown in the illustration to indicate a successful creation.
At this point, the virtual Server rule settings are complete.
Depending on the above settings, clients on the Internet access the 121.202.33.100 (WAN IP address) through the mail client software to access the mail server. The Web server is accessed through the browser in the following form:
Note: The specific Access form is subject to the actual server requirements.
If your broadband is not a static IP address, you can apply for the domain name account in Dynamic DNS and login to the account in the router, and use your domain name and open port number to access the server after you log in.
