SAF: sinoprise Application Framework

Sinoprise. Base. dll is the basic component package of sinoprise application framework. It contains applications and platforms.Code(Not tested on Mono ). Including cache, INI file operation, extended string, path, classex, etc.
The sinoprise. Chinese. dll component is related to Chinese processing, such as Chinese pinyin, simplified Chinese characters, numbers converted to uppercase, and whether a character is a Chinese character.
Sinoprise. Data. dll is a database access component that simplifies database access and provides single-database and multi-database cache classes.

Sinoprise. Data. Access. dll is the access driver used by sinoprise. Data. dll.
Sinoprise. Data. MSSQL. dll is the SQL Server Driver used by sinoprise. Data. dll.

Currently, only two types of databases are supported. More databases are supported in development.
