Samsung notebook reload system after no sound, how to solve

1. Login to the Samsung officer in the upper-right corner to enter the notebook model "NP-Q470-JT03CN" and to search.

2. In all related searches, click the "Driver" on the left.

 


3. Then click on the matching result on the right.

 


4. Find the "sound card" driver for your system in the driver list and click "ZIP" on the right side to download it.


 

5. Click the right mouse button on the downloaded driver icon and select "Extract to Current Folder".


 

6. Then the mouse double-clicks the application "Setup" to install it.

 


follow these steps to install the sound card, and then restart the computer, the notebook will have a sound.
