Samsung SCX-4521F (SCX-4521FH) printer driver cannot be installed, how to solve?

1. The background service of the computer system is not enabled.
2. Driver installation problems.

The solution is as follows:

1. Enable the background service of the computer system.

 

1. Right-click my computer (for example, Windows 7, right-click computer) and choose manage ].

 

 

 

2. Select service in service and application and find Print Spooler ].

 

 

3. Right-click Print Spooler and choose Properties ].

 

 

 

4. Set "start type" to "automatic" and "service status" to "started ].
