Tip: To receive faxes from a computer, you must connect the printer to the computer using a data cable. At the same time, your computer must have successfully received external faxes.
1. To receive faxes from a computer, set options on the control panel first.
(1) Press [Fax] on the control panel ].
(2) press the Menu key on the control panel.
(3) press the right arrow to find [Fax function], and then click [OK ].
(4) press the right arrow to find "receive forwarding" and then click "OK ].
(5) press the right arrow to find forward to PC, and then press OK ].
2. Add a random disc to the optical drive and install Samsung Easy Printer Manager ].
3. After the CD is installed, enable Samsung Easy Printer Manager, select the corresponding machine from the Printer list, and click advanced mode ].
4. Select "fax to PC Settings", click "enable receive fax from device", select the image type and storage location, and then click "save ].

:After receiving a fax, set printing information for the received fax.

After the above operations are completed, the fax will be directly transmitted to the computer. You only need to find the file in your storage location to view it.
