One. Frequently used mailboxes are not working properly
1. Unable to connect to the server
: If you add an account, the total display can not connect to the server, may be related to your network environment, access points, account types and so on.
Whether the data is open
: Set up e-mail account, need your mobile phone to open mobile data or wireless network.
1. If you want to use mobile data, please slide down the top of the screen of your mobile phone with your finger, find "move data" from left to right, and "move data" point to green.
2. If you need to use a wireless network, please use your finger to slide down the screen, the "WLAN" point is green.
Check mobile internet access points
: If the mobile phone use of GPRS Internet access, it is recommended to check the mobile Internet access point.
1. Under the Standby page, click "Application".
3. Click "More Settings".
4. Click on "Mobile network".
5. Click on "Access Point name".
6. Select "NET" Access point. If you are using a mobile phone card, select "Cnnet" ("China Mobile GPRS"), and then try to log in to the mailbox.
Confirm Mailbox Protocol Type
: Confirm mailbox protocol type Pop3/imap/exchange.
1. Choose the type of account that is appropriate for your email account.
2. For POP3 type mailbox, please confirm whether to turn on the pop service, log in to the mailbox with the computer, and turn on the pop option.
2. Unable to send/receive email
: If you cannot send or receive e-mail, it may be related to problems such as network signaling.
3. Unable to load attachment
: The attachment is too large and may cause the load to fail.
